Perform 4 Purpose Music Mentor Clubs are held at local schools and community centers where we collaborate directly with school district staff to reach out to students that may be interested in learning an instrument, and/or students that may need to be provided with an opportunity to participate in an extracurricular activity. Any child is welcome to join a Perform 4 Purpose Music Mentor Club, dependent on age restrictions which vary among schools. In the spring, each Perform 4 Purpose Music Mentor Club participates in their own fundraising event in which they select the recipient of the event donation. Music Mentor Club Evaluation Surveys:
In order to assess the effectiveness of Perform 4 Purpose Music Mentor Clubs in reaching our goals, we are requesting participation in one of the corresponding surveys listed below. We are seeking feedback from parents of students who have participated in one of our Music Mentor Clubs. We are also seeking feedback from educational representatives (club facilitators, administrators, teachers, etc.) from schools in which our clubs took place. The following surveys should take a few minutes to complete, and all responses will remain anonymous. All feedback is greatly appreciated in helping to further our mission and assess the overall effectiveness of our program.

Community Workshops:
Perform 4 Purpose Workshops are held at venues throughout the community. Sessions ranging from four to six weeks are held, during which time participants can learn how to play the ukulele, guitar, and various hand percussion instruments. On the last day of the session, the participants in the workshop put on a concert to raise money for a local charity they have chosen. Sign ups for workshops are required. Please contact the venue for sign ups information.
