More of the Senior Band to come in 2024. We are planning a “Mini Tour” for them after school play season.
For those new to P4P, here is a summary of our basic yearly schedule. We are a volunteer group so you sign up for what fits your schedule. Some do a few things a year, some do most. Don’t let the big schedule overwhelm. Take time off for sports seasons, school plays, etc when needed. The important thing is to communicate when sign ups go out as soon as possible for our planning purpose. I also will get various requests throughout the year that require a small group ensemble(2-5 performers). I will reach out to you via text message to see if you're available for those dates.
- Post Gala we take a bit of a break from performance until Dec when we do some Xmas themed performances.
- Nov will focus on Studio A rehearsals for these shows
- School clubs pick up as well working toward Spring 2024 Purpose Events
- We break from most live performances until March
- Our 2024 Parent/Performer Planning & Goal Setting Meeting will happen Sunday, Feb 4th 2pm. Most 2024 gigs dates, camps, and workshops will be scheduled and introduced at this meeting.
- Late May & June’s performance schedule begins to be weekly throughout the summer and early fall, with Gala 2024 being in October.

- We will continue with the ‘Sign Up Prior To Sessions” rather than the “Drop In” at times listed.
- Of course if you forgot to sign up prior and want to attend last minute, I am sure it will be fine, message me prior. However, it's a big help to leaders knowing ahead of time who is coming for planning purposes.
